Breakfast is very nice, coffee is good but €34 per person for breakfast each day is just too much. At a high rated hotel in the Netherlands we pay €21 each person for an extensive breakfast.

The hotel itself was really nice and comfortable. Mordern and very convenient. Was upgraded to 1 bedroom appartment after i protested on twin beds in the studio joined together instead of a double bed which was the original booking.

We exited early morning to catch our flight at 9 am from Dubai Airport. When we were at Dubai Duty Free; we realized that we do not have certain valuable items in our handbag that we purchased in Dubai. It was in the same handbag very much; and if it is not here then where is it. A big question in mind was that this handbag was moving everywhere in Dubai for last 7 days so might be somewhere it got dropped or it may be a packing error. Anyhow, we called the hotel and mentioned about this situation. Considering the situation of valuable items; hotel team immediately followed their protocol and sent a security surveillance team to our vacated room. While hotel team was taking this action, we were boarding our flight. Having no idea on the so-called lost items; Cabin crew announced to put our phones on airplane mode and the plane was almost on the runway with the flight attendants on their seats; that's when an email pops up from Hyatt team - 'your valuable items are safe with us and please don't worry'.... An action taken within 30 min by Hyatt that speaks a loud about Hyatt's standards. Thanks to Amit and his team from Hotel Security who conducted this search exercise and protected customer's interest and trust. This is a good example manifesting a culture of ethics in Hyatt brand.

Very clean and quiet with a great breakfast. Staff were superb. Location is quiet and well connected with metro and taxi. Check in and check out were very efficient and helpful. Relaxation areas within the complex were more than adequate.

Apartment 761 was great. Very comfortable. Pool also nice, staff friendly. We were so happy that we were able to have a late check out of 4pm as our flight left in the evening - thanks to the reception staff for doing this for us.

Location, view of Creek and Burj Khalifa. Prompt valet with free parking. Cooperative staff. Quick guest service. Taxis are easily available during day time. Supermarket, Subway and Starbucks within walking distance. Decent breakfast.

The room was very clean and the cleaning service was done every day. Requests were followed up quickly. The employees were well-mannered, especially Mr. Navonite. The breakfast was complete and excellent. The hotel was near the metro station and it was easy to reach the city centers by metro. It was also close to Dubai Children's City and Dolphinarium, which is good and attractive for children. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel.

The location is good, not far away from the city centre (Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa) - taxi ride was like 6-8€ only. Taxi was cheaper because metro is like 3€ per person one ride and we were a family of 3. Althought the metro ride is a must in Dubai! Apartment is spacious and with everything you need. Breakfast was good. The 360 view at the roof was spectacular! In the apartment the view wasn't something special (we were at the 16th floor) Men in the hotel were super friendly everywhere!

Clean rooms. Small and nice grocery store in lobby provide all daily need.
